For group tables, the following applies:

- if necessary small table
- goal difference
- more goales scored
- lot
In the event of a draw in knockout games the following rule applies:
Three different players from each team take turns throwing a 7-metre throw. If there is
still a draw after that, throwing takes place alternately until a decision is made, whereby
the original 3 throwers may only have their turn again after the 7th player of their team.
Disqualified players and players with active suspension are not allowed to take part at
the 7-metre shoot out.
Suspensions (red card) 1 minute!
The game will be played according to the current IHF rules. If a blue card is issued –
including a report from the referee – the tournament management will decide on
further measures.
Penalty score for non-attendance 0:6
Timeouts only in exceptional cases (e.g. in case of injuries)
Protests possible up to 20 minutes after the game (€ 30)
The use of resin or similar products is strictly prohibited! This applies indoor as well as
for the outdoor fields. In case of violation the team can be excluded from the
tournament and the costs for cleaning will be charged.
The first game starts at 9 am, admission to the halls starts at 8.30 am.
The award ceremonies for the M+W09 and M+W11 categories will take place on Sunday
morning in Stadthalle B after their respective final matches. For the M+W13 categories,
they will be held on Saturday afternoon following their final matches at the grounds of
USZ, Auf der Schmelz.
Women born 2009 and younger
Playing time 1 x 20 minutes. Playing time at the Finals 2 x 20 minutes. Everyone plays
against everyone in championship mode. The teams ranked first and second place in
the group stage play in the final for the tournament victory.
Women born 2011 and younger
Playing time 1 x 20 minutes. Playing time at the Finals 2 x 20 minutes. Everyone plays
against everyone in championship mode. The teams ranked first and second place in
the group stage play in the final for the tournament victory.
Women born 2013 and younger
Playing time 1 x 15 minutes. Playing time at the Finals 2 x 15 minutes. Everyone plays
against everyone in championship mode. The first-placed team in the group stage
plays against the fourth, and the second plays against the third in the semifinals for a
spot in the final. The two winning teams play the final for the tournament victory, the
two losing teams will compete for third place.
Men born 2009 and younger

The top two teams of each group advance to the semifinals of Playoff A. The winners
of the two semifinals compete in the final for the tournament victory, while the losers
play for third place.
The teams that finish third and fourth in each group advance to the semifinals of
Playoff B, where they compete for placements 5 through 8 in the same format as
Playoff A.
The two teams that finish fifth in the group stage will play a placement match for
ninth place.
