We are still looking for volunteers, especially for Friday

Dozens of volunteers have thankfully already signed up for this year’s 33rd International Schmelz tournament hosted by WAT Fünfhaus. However, with less than a month to go before the event runs from Friday, August 28, to Sunday, August 30, we still need more support. This is particularly true for Friday, August 28, and especially for the scoring tables, though help is needed elsewhere as well. If you have not already done so, please sign up using the Excel sheet sent out by Mario Sauschlager. Thank you very much!

This is also particularly true for late Thursday afternoon and especially for Thursday evening from approximately 6:00 PM onwards. This is the arrival day for 21 international teams who will be catered to at the GRG 23 school. Since there are more international teams than last year, the need for volunteers is greater. The work ranges from supporting the logistics team led by Marcel Bilek to helping at the grill and various other tasks.

Last year, more than 100 volunteers were involved throughout the tournament. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has already signed up to help at this year’s tournament, which will feature 55 girls’ and boys’ teams from 6 different nations.
